Each order has one return or exchange free of charge. Subsequent returns or exchanges of the same order will be at the customer's expense.
PRODUCT RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of order to make a return or exchange free of charge. It is essential to submit the payment receipt.
For international orders there will be an extra charge.
Return conditions
In order for us to approve a return, the items must be in perfect condition, with the exterior and interior labels and keep the original packaging. It is recommended that the product is accompanied by the document proving the order or the order confirmation email to expedite the process.

How to make returns
We provide the user with a free pick-up service.
We recommend the user to write to info@federicacui.com and enter the order identification number in order to expedite the return of the order (found in the confirmation email). From this email, we will inform the procedure of the return through our logistics operator.

REFUND
The refund will be carried out once the return has been physically made effective in our facilities within 14 calendar days after the return is made effective. The refund will be made in the same way in which the product was paid.
