Ordering, shipping and delivery
How do I make sure I have made the right purchase?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you provided at the time of purchase. If you want to change anything, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to info@federicacui.com.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Estimated delivery time is 5 working days and 6 working days for orders to the Balearic Islands.
*During the sales period, orders can be processed and shipped within one week.
If you place an order during the weekend or on a holiday, we will start processing it the next working day. If you place an order after 15:00h it will be processed the next working day.
Returns and exchanges
How can I make a return or exchange request?
You have 14 days from receipt of the order to proceed.

Presales
What are 'preorders' or 'presales'?
You can get your hands on the product before anyone else! In product launches with limited units, we give you the option to buy before anyone else. Also, when our products are running out, we don't want you to notice the wait, so we give you the option to buy in presale.
During this time you can make your purchase as usual. The only difference is that we will send it to you on the estimated date that appears on the product card. This way you can be sure that you will receive the product because you have already reserved it.
What happens if I have products in my order that are not in pre-sale?
If you place an order that includes both pre-sale and in-stock products, we will ship the entire order when we have all the products. If you need us to send you the order in installments, please contact us.
Can I reserve a product without making a purchase?
If any size/product is out of stock and it is not in 'presale' and it is a continuity product, you can leave your email through the section "Let me know if it is available again" and we will send you an email when it becomes available again or when the presale is enabled.

What do I do if I don't know what size to buy?

Our tailoring is Spanish, as well as the trimmings.
How should I wash each product?
Follow the instructions on the garment's composition label.
Incidents, complaints and other
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
In FEDERICA CUI we have very rigorous quality processes, but if we had missed a detail and you get a garment or jewelry with a defect, do not worry. We will pick up the order and the quality department will analyze it in detail. In case it was a factory problem, we will refund you the full amount of the garment. However, please send us an email to info@federicacui.com with a photo and the order number to manage your case personally.
Remember that you have before you a unique and exclusive creation, a small work of art that is born from nature and takes shape thanks to the skillful hands of our craftswomen. This means that no two pieces are alike, hence its magic and charm.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you don't want us to keep informing you about FEDERICA CUI's news, it's very simple. You just have to unsubscribe from one of the emails you have received and you will automatically no longer be in our database.
How do I recover my forgotten password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily recover it by clicking on Login 'forgot password' and we will automatically send you an email with a new one. You can also write to us at info@federicacui.com
