Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return of products purchased in our e-shop. Products of our brand purchased in other stores or in other e-shops are not eligible for these concepts.
In case of return or exchange, the shipping costs to our address will be borne by the customer. In case of defect or error of the item sent, the return costs will be borne by Federica Cui.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the products are in perfect condition, have not been used or tampered with and are returned with the original labels and packaging.
The return system must be equivalent to that used in the original delivery and must have our approval.
Procedure
To request an exchange or refund, you must contact us via email (info@federicacui.com) and explain your decision. If it is an exchange, you must specify the new product you are requesting.
This warning message must include a contact e-mail and detail the customer's name, order number and product details.

Once the shipment is in our possession and we have checked the proper condition of it, we will contact you again and, if necessary, we will exchange the product or refund the amount by bank transfer to the account you indicate in the shortest possible time.
