Place an order
To place an order in our e-shop for the first time, you do not need to register as a customer. When you make a purchase on our website, you will be added to our subscription list and we will contact you to inform you about offers and news from our website. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Once the purchase has been made, you will receive an e-mail specifying the order details.
Advantages of registering
You can visit and buy in our site without registering, but we invite you to register and provide us with the necessary information so that we can identify you and keep in touch with you. You only have to fill in a simple form.
It's a minimal task that's worth it because you get a password that you can use in the future to log in to your account, shop easily, access your order history, save your favorite products to share with friends and, above all, benefit from customer discounts and promotions.
A secure purchase
Transactions in our e-shop are made through the PayPal system or, in the case of debit and credit cards, through Shopify Payments.
Both entities (PayPal and Shopify payments) manage the buyer's bank details with high security mechanisms, and our site does not have access to buyers' credit card details.
Prices
The prices and offers in our e-shop are valid only for online orders placed through our site. They may not coincide with prices and offers in other online and in-person stores.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which are detailed in a special section and may vary depending on various items.
All prices shown in our store include 21% VAT (Value Added Tax). In English: VAT (Value Added Tax).
In some countries, shipments may incur customs or similar fees that are not included in the prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Availability of items
Orders are always subject to product availability. If by mistake or unforeseen difficulties or problems occur we reserve the right to contact the customer and offer a delivery date, or to cancel the order.
Billing
You expressly authorize us to issue the invoice in electronic format, although you may at any time indicate your wish to receive a paper invoice, in which case we will issue and send the invoice in this format.
